First annual reports 2008

As the annual Fair Wear Foundation members’ day approaches, FWF members are finalising their annual social reports. The first companies to present their progress in CSR are Expresso, Filippa and Groenendijk. As of today, their social reports can be found on the FWF website.

Groenendijk, a Dutch firm specialising in industrial clothing, was the first FWF member to hand in its social report for 2008.
Being a trade firm without production of its own, an important way for Groenendijk to implement its FWF membership is through its selection of suppliers. It is Groenendijk’s policy to stress the importance of equitable trade and good labour conditions, and point out the value of FWF membership.
