FWF moves office
On the first of August, FWF will move from its 13th floor office in tower 1 of the Amsterdam World Fashion Center to a more spacious office on the 2nd floor of the adjacent tower 2. While FWF staff will miss the spectacular view, FWF keeps growing and needs the extra space. Because of the move, the office will be closed on Friday 31 July and Monday 3 August.

Hydrowear joins FWF
On 1 July 2009, Hydrowear signed the FWF Code of Labour Practices.
New FWF affiliate Hydrowear produces a complete work and safety wear package, sold through a fixed network of dealers. Hydrowear produces in Croatia and China, specialising mainly in breathable rain clothes, outdoor work wear and private label production. The first period of FWF affiliation will be used by Hydrowear to set up a coherent monitoring system in the two factories where they produce.
